Cool Air System by Cool Shirt

The Cool Air System DOES NOT require the purchase or use of an actual Cool Shirt. Air from the car’s external intake is enhanced via a 135 or 235CFM blower and pushed thru the cooling unit, sending cooled, clean HEPA-4 filtered air to the driver’s helmet. The cooling unit is available in two sizes, depending on your needs: a 24 quart cooler or a more compact 12quart cooler which will fit smaller spaces.



Cool Air System Includes:

• 12 or 24 quart cooler with heat exchange.

• 135 c.f.m. blower

• 8 foot long X 1 1/2 inch diameter heavy duty clear air hose.

• 3 foot long X 3 inch diameter heavy duty clear intake hose.

• Helmet connector for air hose.

• 3 inch blue air hose connector to blower.

• Metal screen for air filter.

• HEPA 4 micron air filter.

• (2) 1 1/2 inch diameter blue air hose connectors.

• 3 inch ID X 3 inch ID Blower Filter Housing.

12 Quart Cool Air System provides 3+ hours of cooling. Actual cooler measures 14 inches tall, 9 1/2 inches wide and 11 inches long.

24 Quart Cool Air System provides 6+ hours of cooling. Actual cooler measures 15 1/2 inches tall, 10 1/2 inches wide and 13 inches long.
