Ultra Shield SMALL ADULT VS Halo Full Containment Seat and Cover

Ultra Shield's mid sized seat for racers who are not large enough to fit correctly into the full size VS Halo. The Ultra Shield Small Adult VS Halo Seat underwent minor design changes, still providing additional protection, particularly during side impacts, when compared to a standard race seat. The head, shoulder and rib supports also help keep the racer stabilized in the seat for better concentration and car control.

• The Ultra Shield Small Adult VS Halo Seat is constructed from .100 aluminum.

• Select from 4 seat pan widths (11, 12, 13 or 14 inch) and 2 lay backs (10 degree or 20 degree) to correctly fit your driver and your race car.

• Shoulder, lap and crotch belt slots are surrounded by aluminum U-channel to prevent sharp edges.

• Padded seat cover and pre-cut high density foam for the head support are included.

To determine the proper size for your race seat you will need to take a measurement of your seated hip width and shoulder height.

To properly measure your "Seated Hip Width":
• Sit on a table or workbench.
• Place 2 rectangular objects (ex. 12 pack boxes or concrete blocks) against each hip. How tightly or loosely you place each box/block will determine the seat fit.
• Use carpenters square against table edge and boxes/blocks to ensure accurate measurement.
• Use metal tape to measure the inside measurement (across hips)of boxes/blocks. (For example, if inside measurement is 12 3/4 inches, we would suggest a 13 inch seat.)

To properly measure your Shoulder Height:
• Sit on a table or workbench.
• Sit in a relaxed driving position (not straight up rigid).
• Use metal tape to take the measurement from seated position to the top of the outside shoulder.

Ultra Shield Small Adult VS Halo Seat measurements: 21 inch Shoulder Belt height. 15 inch Right Rib height. 14 inch Left Rib height.

This Ultra Shield Small Adult VS Halo Seat can be made 1 inch tall or 1 inch low with double low ribs for no additional charge (allow additional time for custom construction). If you would like to make one of these adjustments call 770-505-0193 to place your order.
