Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Diners Club on-line or over the phone. We will also accept Money Orders and Personal Checks (order ships once check clears bank) on phone orders. Please call for availability on COD payment.

Shipping Information:

All items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order processing. MOST orders are shipped SAME DAY. We do have a huge inventory of equipment in stock, however, sometimes we will not have a certain size or color in stock which may delay the shipment for a few days. If we cannot fill the order in 5 business days, the customer will be alerted of the delay and given the option of a refund. Please allow another 2 to 4 business days for your order to arrive (UPS Ground) once we process that particular order. Occasionally, an order will be shipped from separate warehouses. We will alert you that more than one shipment will take place to fill that order. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.

Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies:

* We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if the item is in NEW condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been modified and Custom orders are NOT returnable.

* We DO NOT charge a restocking fee.

* The customer handles shipping on all returns or exchanges.

* All Exchanges will be processed promptly; customer is responsible for re-shipping charges. Free Shipping offers are valid only for original shipment.

* Returns will be issued a refund less the original shipping cost paid. If the order received FREE SHIPPING, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.

* FLAT RATE Shipping on seats will be extend to one exchange, if additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.

* There are NO refunds or exchanges on any custom made suits. The measurements provided to RaceDay Safety Inc. by the customer are final and cannot be altered without an additional charge. We will gladly set up any altering of suits, but altering and shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
