Shipping Information:

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days of order processing. MOST orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm Eastern Time are shipped SAME DAY. We ship orders via UPS Ground. If you need rush delivery, please call for a shipping quote. You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once your order has shipped.

We have a huge inventory of equipment in stock; however, sometimes we will not have a certain size or color in stock, which may delay the shipment. The customer will be alerted of the delay and given the option of a refund. Occasionally, an order will be shipped from separate warehouses. We will alert you via email if you will be receiving your order in multiple shipments. The customer will incur no additional shipping charges.



We Ship to Canada

Please send email to sales@RacedaySafety.com. List items you wish to order (include size and color) along with shipping address and we will get back to you with a shipping quotes (UPS and USPS). Please let us know if you need Expedited Shipping. We work with our local UPS store on this in order to get you the best rates therefore we are not able to give quotes over the phone.

FREE Ground Shipping offers - for Canadian Customers we will deduct the standard ground continental USA shipping fee and just charge the difference.

Taxes - Canadian Customers are responsible for any taxes due from UPS or USPS.



Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (November - December orders are given until January 25th) if the item is in NEW condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been modified and Custom orders are NOT returnable. All Garage Sale items are not refundable, exchanges only.

• We DO NOT charge a restocking fee.

• The customer handles shipping on all returns or exchanges.

• All Exchanges will be processed promptly; customer is responsible for re-shipping charges. Free Shipping offers are valid only for original shipment.

• Returns will be issued a refund less the original shipping cost. If the order received FREE SHIPPING, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.

• FLAT RATE Shipping on seats will be extended to one exchange, if additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.

• There are NO refunds or exchanges on any custom made suits. The measurements provided to RaceDay Safety Inc. by the customer are final and cannot be altered without an additional charge. We will gladly set up any altering of suits, but altering and shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer.
