Ultra Shield VS Halo Racing Seat with Modular Cover offers Full Containment protection at economical pricing. The Ultra Shield VS Halo Racing Seat is constructed from .100" 5052 Grade Aluminum, with a .125" “Halo”. The “Halo” is reinforced with another piece of .125" Aluminum plate and is padded on back and sides with high impact absorbing foam. The VS Halo seat has a full 15" seat depth and is available in seat width sizes 14”-18”, in either 10Ί or 20Ί Layback. Modular cover (as shown in picture) included, you pick color.

Features of the Ultra Shield VS Halo Racing Seat:

• Made in the USA by American Craftsmen!!!

• Constructed from .100" 5052 Grade Aluminum, with a .125" “Halo”

• “Halo” is reinforced with another piece of .125" Aluminum plate and is padded on back and sides with high impact absorbing foam

• VS Halo seat is available in sizes 14", 15", 16", 17" and 18" widths (See link at bottom of page to check out our VS Halo Measurement Charts for additional size information.)

• Choice of 10Ί or 20Ί Layback

• VS Halo Seat bottom is 15 inches deep. If you run long races and are looking for more leg support, we suggest the VS Long Bottom Halo Seat wich is 20 inches deep.

• Modular padded cloth cover included, you pick color. The modular cover snaps into place and includes pieces that will cover the bottom of the seat as well as the rib supports, shoulder supports, halos and head rest.

• Cover available in black, red, blue, grey, or purple (+$20)

• Add Ultra Shield Leg Supports (pictured above in small inset picture) for $34.95 each black cover included. These leg supports bolt to the outside of the seat to give the legs more lateral support and prevent legs from impacting objects near driver.

• The Ultra Shield VS Halo Racing Seat Can be made 1" taller or 1" lower with double low ribs for no extra charge (allow additional time for custom construction). Drivers over 6'2" may want to consider 1" taller. Drivers over 6'4", please call us for custom seat suggestions.

Purple Covers, and 1" taller or lower are considered Special Order items and therefore are not returnable.

Racing Seat Measurement Charts
To determine your proper seat size you will need to take a measurement of your seated hip width.

To properly measure your "Seated Hip Width":

• Sit on a table or workbench.

• Place 2 rectangular objects (ex. 12 pack boxes or concrete blocks) against each hip. How tightly or loosely you place each box/block will determine the seat fit.

• Use carpenters square against table edge and boxes/blocks to ensure accurate measurement.

• Use metal tape to measure the inside measurement (across hips)of boxes/blocks.

For example, if inside measurement is 16 3/4 inches, we would suggest a 17 inch seat.
