Don't sweat the holidays with our extended return policy you'll have until 1/31/2019 to return gift purchases placed from now until 12/31/2018.
Just call or email for a RMA# to initiate your return or exchange. *Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. See complete policies below.




RaceDaySafety.com Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow returns and exchanges for gift purchases made from October 15th - December 31st until January 31st if the item is in NEW condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been modified and Custom orders are NOT returnable. All Garage Sale items are not refundable, exchanges only.

• We DO NOT charge a restocking fee.

• The customer handles return shipping on all returns or exchanges.

• All Exchanges will be processed promptly. We can not refund any shipping costs but we will ship one exchange to you at no additional charge. If additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.

• Returns will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping. If the order received FREE SHIPPING, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.

• FLAT RATE ($25) Shipping on racing seats will be extended to one exchange, if additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.

• There are NO refunds or exchanges on any custom made suits or seats. The measurements provided to RaceDay Safety Inc. by the customer are final and cannot be altered without an additional charge.

• Due to Liability all manufacturer defects must be handled through individual manufacturer. Please contact us if you need manufacturer address or phone number.

• Failure to acquire an RMA number or sending merchandise to any addresses other than the above will result in the return(s) or exchange(s) not being processed.

• Once an RMA number is acquired you have 10 business days to return item or return is subject to 15% late return fee.
