Shipping Information:

MOST orders placed Monday-Friday by 4pm Eastern Time are shipped SAME DAY unless backorder noted. We ship orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground depending on warehouse. If you need rush delivery, please call for a shipping quote. You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once your order has shipped.

We have a huge inventory of equipment in stock; however, occasionally we will not have a certain size or color in stock, which may delay the shipment. The customer will be alerted of the delay and given the option of a refund. Occasionally, an order will be shipped from separate warehouses. We will alert you via email if you will be receiving your order in multiple shipments. The customer will incur no additional shipping charges.

Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policies:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (October 15th - December orders are given until January 31st) if the item is in NEW condition and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been modified and Custom orders are NOT returnable. All Garage Sale items are not refundable, exchanges only. After 30 days manufacturer defects must be handled through manufacturer.

• We DO NOT charge a restocking fee.

• The customer handles return shipping on all returns or exchanges.

• All Exchanges will be processed promptly. We can not refund any shipping costs but we will ship one exchange to you at no additional charge. If additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.

• Returns will be issued a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping. If the order received FREE SHIPPING, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from the refund.

• FLAT RATE ($25) Shipping on racing seats will be extended to one exchange, if additional exchange is needed customer will pay full shipping price.

• There are NO refunds or exchanges on any custom made suits or seats. The measurements provided to RaceDay Safety Inc. by the customer are final and cannot be altered without an additional charge.

• Due to Liability all manufacturer defects must be handled through individual manufacturer. Please contact us if you need manufacturer address or phone number.

• Failure to acquire an RMA number or sending merchandise to any addresses other than the above will result in the return(s) or exchange(s) not being processed.

• Once an RMA number is acquired you have 10 business days to return item or return is subject to 15% late return fee.
