The 2 inch wide nylon cuff easily adjusts, attaches and is secured around the arm with Velcrow. Each end of the V-style nylon tether is then clipped to the nylon cuff. The V-style nylon tether length is adjustable with two bar slides. The metal D-ring at the end of the V tether makes the attachment to the harness hardware.
