Constructed from fire retardant fabric* that is soft, fade resistant, moisture wicking and washable. Flat finished edges and flat interlocking seams provide maximum comfort. Single eye port allows unimpeded vision.
The PXP Youth Fire Resistant Balaclava is a single layer head sock and is SFI 3.3 Approved.

*Made from a 50% Kermel® 50% Lenzing® Blend.
Kermel® is an Aramid Fiber which is inherently Fire Resistant. The structure of the fiber is fire resistant and will never wash out or wear out. Lenzing® is also permanently fire resistant but it is also is highly heat resistant. Lenzing's natural fibers are moisture wicking making a perfect blend for a racer.
